UPDATE: Have to move this to four stars. The recent flavors have not been as good as Goodly Cookie. The cinnamon roll cookie is the best, period. The current Oreo Mint is unimpressive, red velvet was average, oatmeal M&M is uncreative, and I'd still like to see semi-sweet in the regular chocolate chip cookies. That being said, the rest of them and the original are excellent and have no off notes or store bought taste like another competitor that starts with a C and ends with a rumble sound. Whomever was running things on October 15th, thank you very much for the excellent customer service and taking care of a second delivery on a very busy night. I had ordered to try the butterfinger ones but they accidentally put the Reese's ones in the box. The last was polite on the phone and took care of it and set property expectations for the re-delivery. Thank you.

Best Cookies ever I bought a box of 4 hoping to take some back to my family. Bad Mistake I ate all of them in 2 days and now my family is mad because they tried the sample I brought them and I didn't have enough. If you want a good Cookie then come here. I am just glad the cookie monster hasn't found this place or there wouldn't be any left. The best place ever. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Chip Cookies Please build other stores.

Chip has great cookies! They are huge and when fresh are incredibly good. Really crispy outside with super soft, almost gooey center. 4 cookies/box and is $10/box. Lost a star because it is over-priced and the location is awful, but the location doesn't really matter, I guess. Parking is bad, though. They priced it well enough that I'd buy again, knowing that it is too expensive, haha. The cookies are huge, and one per person is more than enough. I looked online and it said that 1 cookie is a little more than 750 calories. Not sure if there's an extra charge for delivery. Overall, very good.

My brother has been converting everyone in my family to these cookies, and I had yet to try them. While we were out my husband and I decided to go and try them. I was hesitant because we don't live close to Provo and i have a low chocolate tolerance, especially bitter chocolate. I called on our way there and they didn't answer. I was surprised when they called me back (I didn't leave a message or anything), and asked how they could help. I asked if they only had one flavor and they said they currently only had one. I asked inquired about the chocolate chips they used and they said it was milk chocolate, score! We went about 4pm on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy, but fyi there is limited parking. A box of four huge, thick cookies was $10, and the milk was $2. You can only buy them in a box of 4. We were so pleased that the milk was actually really big and we could share it! Although I thought that their store could use some work in appearance and ambiance, the cookies decided for me! 5 stars, I can't help it! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, I've been dreaming about them ever since. Also their customer service was very friendly, and that's a big deal to me.
