Most disgusting place. They dont protect their hair while working with food. He was touching his hair while preparing food. They wouldn’t let us sit down and wait for our food while they made it. Told us to stay away while we waited. I asked for the manager to talk about the hairnet situation, they all laughed.

Absolutely terrible. Out of veggies burgers, out of impossible burgers. No vegan shakes but there's a huge sign advertising them. Ended up ordering fries and onion rings. Waited ten minutes before they even dropped the onion rings. Horrible experience.

Terrible service. Nobody moves faster than a turtles pace. 20 minutes for a burger. Took 10 before someone even acknowledged the order and put the burger on. And I had to ask to order.

Called at about 630 pm and asked at what time they closed and was told at 7 pm but they will take the order if iI get there by 6:55 pm. I took my car and drove like a maniac to get there on time just to be told by the two guys there on Wednesday that they won't take my order. I explained that one of them told me a few minutes early that it was ok to order til 6:55 and the guy just walk away and tod me "sorry, we are closed." Definitely I won't be going back there ever, even if is the last place on earth to eat.

I ordered their new grilled chicken sandwich. I’m allergic to tomatoes and asked for no tomatoes on the sandwich when ordering. Before cashing out I noticed the woman didn’t put in no tomato. I asked her again and she assured me the sandwich would be made with no tomato. When signing the receipt I asked again for the second time and she assured me again. After waiting 40mins (holiday season which is fine as I understood the mall was busy) the sandwich was made with tomatoes. With frustration, the supervisor was no help. She apologized but it wasn’t sincere and given with an attitude. She proceeded with stating she would refund me my money back and take the meal away. I became irate! I’m a manager myself and couldn’t believe the customer service I was receiving. So basically I waited 40mins for nothing just to walk away with no food is what she wanted me to do. I refused to take this option. I waited another 15mins for my food to be remade and I didn’t get any refund or some type of sincere customer service in return. The supervisors attitude was unacceptable and her lack of customer service is the reason for this review.
