Waited about 30 mins to order. Got chicken strips like 10 mins later, then another 10 for blizzard. The chicken strips are super dry. All this couldve been better if more employees were scheduled for fathers day weekend, instead of just like 3 people running back and forth. Please plan schedules better, especially for foreseeable busy weekends like fathers day.

Waited over half hour just to get to front window to order as speaker was broken. Food came cold, girls were not very nice either. I had time to walk to the gas station, go to the bathroom and buy a bottle of water before my bf even moved an inch in line. Absolutely ridiculous

Unimpressed with my experience today burger was hardly warm and soggy, washrooms were dirty and they were out of fries and most kinds of pop. There was also a long wait safe to say I won’t be back

I maybe should give a higher review but I was with a serious DQ patron at the time that we drove through and ordered this pecan mudslide. Apparently it's much smaller than what other DQs make. . . Idk.

Waited so long at the speaker (15 minutes) we figured it wasn't working so we pulled forward. As soon as we did we heard the speaker go. Normally you get acknowledged within a minute. Even if it's them saying we'll be right with you. Finally get to the window and explain what happened and no apologies or even the impression that she cared. Never again.

Waited 20 minutes in a drive through line up(only 3 cars ahead of me) then they got the order wrong. And looked baffled that people in a car might want a tray and lids for ice creams. And there were about 8 people serving. The actual opposite 9f fast food.

Long waits for food... but on the plus side, it's always HOT! My huge issue with this location is that their fountain drinks ALWAYS, ALWAYS, without fail, taste of MUSTINESS and/or MILDEW. Always.. disgusting.
