I have to say Pizza Den by far has The Best Gluten Free Pizza in Town.
The Brooklyn is my favorite. The crust is cauliflower based, thin and crispy. Yum!
The environment is clean and inviting. The whole Pizza Den Team is always friendly and they go out of their way to provide excellent service. I’m always treated like family.
It’s my go to “happy hour” place when I’ve had a long day at work to grab a pie dine in or take out.
Five Stars! They come highly recommended!

Spreading the toppings thin is key to their bottom line. Got a few different individual slices and all tasted like a plain pizza with the occasional hint of whatever topping the pizza was named after. They are at least pretty cheap slices (4 slices was about $15) and well cooked in terms of the pizza base, but if you get a slice here don’t expect much in the way of toppings. Plenty of curbside parking outside and at least they wear masks inside the Pizza Den.

New pizza place in downtown Princeton. It's a small restaurant with two tables, thus mainly for to-gos instead of dining in. I liked the pizza with Mozzarella cheese and the salad. The ingredients are simple but fresh. Personally I think they can do better with the dough/crust, but overall it's a nice pizza place!

The pizza was excellent, and the topping choice was very good. This shop is very small with a few tables inside and outside.
I think they mostly do takeout, but what set them apart for me was the VERY friendly service when my wife and I, and a few friends and their 2 year old dinned in.
The staff are personable and FUNNY! They made us feel very welcome.
I definitely would recommend.

Pizza Den has easily become my favorite pizza spot. The pizza is always fresh. They offer a great variety of toppings which allows you to never get bored. Taste is to perfection. The restaurant is clean. The owners as well as the rest of the staff are amiable. Never disappointed. I recommend everyone try it once, you'll become easily enamored.

The Pizza Den pizza is the absolute best in Princeton! I love the pepperoni with peppers and onions, however they recently started serving shrimp as a topping and it tastes amazing! They also have Nutella and fruit pizzas, too. Additionally, the owners are super friendly and kind, and the whole shop is aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend the Pizza Den experience!
