Arby's

Good flavor, but slow, an my burger was cold an they forgot my bacon, I backed back up the window girl told kitchen but they argued so she showed em an the gave me one piece lol, window girl was nice though, currently driving back do to the missing beef an cheddar 😡. Atleast the window girl corrected it with no issue 😐.

I paid over $8 (including tax) for a new Petite steak filet sandwich (Steak and Bacon melt). When I got home and opened up the box, it was actually a slab of breaded chicken with what I assume is corned beef or roast beef on top (with barely cooked bacon possibly). There was no sauce on it either, so the question here is what kind of sandwich is this? It's definitely not a steak and bacon melt, but I don't believe it's any other sandwich on their menu either. There was no cheese or sauce on it, either, so it's not a cordon bleu sandwich. Other than that... I think they just tossed anything on bread and gave it to me. Very unhappy. I was originally going to take it back, but went ahead and ate it. I won't be ever going back to the Prestonsburg Arby's. Apparently they don't know the difference between steak or chicken there, or what's on any of their sandwiches, so I'll just go ahead and find another Arby's the next time I pay over $8 for a fast food sandwich. Maybe they'll at least get the right meat on there.

Ordered caramel cinnamon shake. Taste like a vanilla shake with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. No caramel. Paid $3.19 for this. Then while sitting trying to eat, the young kids working were yelling at each other quit loud and twice a young man yelled out the "f" word. I understand kids are kids but they had customers inside dining and people in the drive thru. I also had my daughter with me and I was embarrassed for her. Please educate your staff on the proper way to act when customers are present.
