Ordered 8 piece chicken strips with mashed potoates and mac and cheese. They get the sides wrong and give me cole slaw instead of the mac and cheese. Lucikly I catch the mistake before I leave the drive though, and tell them they got the sides wrong. I told them I ordered mac and cheese and not cole slaw. I hand the food back and they said they would fix it. I (stupidly) assumed they could actually get something as simple as swaping the cole slaw, and left without checking it a 2nd time. When i get home I have the mac and cheese... and the cole slaw. They swapped out the mashed potaotes. I honestly feel like it was intentional. On top of that, the food wasn't even warm. Really sad.

With four cars in front of mine it literally took twenty minutes to get my food. I requested original but got crispy chicken. So forecasting food during peak hours isn’t KFCs thing? As I eat my food the chicken is warm at best. The staff were excruciatingly slow, I don’t blame them but 110% blame the management and owners. During these times (covid) fast food establishments should be hitting on all cylinders! Why you may ask, they don’t have customers in the lobby, they don’t have to clean, restock, clean. Oh and when the lobby’s do open I’d better see PRISTINE sitting areas. You all had a year to clean up! Oh and if you have a larger suv or truck be prepared to lose some paint leaving the narrow drive thru!

The Colonel didn't give me my bucket of chicken that I ordered! I ordered a 30 dollar deal and I was cut short a bucket of chicken, kinda my fault because I didn't check the order but the line was so long I just wanted to get out of there! I will be back because I love that delicious chicken but kinda upset that I missed out on that bucket of gold! Overall the drive thru worker was kind and nice to my niece and gave her a free cookie but I rather would have my bucket of chicken that the Colonel owes me!

Ordered $90 of food for Easter Dinner and $30 of sides were left off. Went back inside for a refund for the missing food and was offered a "chocolate cake".... uhmmmmm no thank you. $30!! I had to DEMAND a refund to my card. Bad business guys!

It would be better if they developed a system for call-in orders as opposed to having people wait in the drive-thru for their call-ins. After saying that, this was the best meal we have gotten from there in a long time. Would have been a 5-star had a better system for orders.

good food but if you order online and expect it to ready you are in for a SURPRISE . Last time I placed 45 minutes ahead AND it was a normal family bucket meal wasn’t ready. I still waited 25 minutes. I’m trying it once more. Thought I call and tell them I placed order but phone number listed no one answers then it say to enter an access code.

I gave benifit of doubt ,due to i know alot business are short on help but to take 18 minutes in drive thru with only 1 car ahead of us...and then once at window he basically threw it out ...pushy
