We went out earlier this month to celebrate our anniversary at Murphy's restaurant in Prescott. The food was absolutely incredible. We started with fresh hot bread & herb butter, then an appetizer of Stella Artois beer sauteed shrimp in a Cajun seasoning with crusty cheese bread. Then had 2 different kinds of salad, followed by sharing pan-seared scallops on pureed cauliflower & carrots with bacon-bourbon jam! Then we tasted a few bites of our Duroc dry-aged pork chop with roasted corn & onion risotto with black pepper bourbon gray! Took home most of that so we would have room for dessert. Got an anniversary dessert for free! Ate the velvety smooth creme brulee there & took home this huge piece of devil's food cake with chocolate mousse frosting to enjoy later!

We enjoyed our visit to Murphy's. We both loved the clam chowder. I find that it's not always easy to find good chowder in Arizona. My burger tasted good, even though it was cooked a little more than I prefer. My wife said her roast beef sandwich was excellent. My French fries were absolutely wonderful. Hot, seasoned, and crunchy. Try Murphys, I'm sure you'll be pleased.

Glad they were able to let my family eat together. They have tables upstairs so it’s like more private. Has a low ceiling upstairs, so felt it was pretty loud. They gave us complementary bread and butter. We came at like 2 and we asked for another menu (dinner menu) which has more options. I got the half rack of ribs which were good. Very saucy. Came with a side and asparagus. Also comes with salad or soup. Got the salad it was good. My sister got the burger it was good and thick. My cousin ordered a burger too and they forgot the cheese and then he said it was to tough. My mom liked the clam chowder. The creme brûlée was good. The Apple pie with ice cream tasted like Christmas but wasn’t a fan of the big pieces of apple in it. My aunt didn’t like the coffee. Pretty pricey place.

We had dinner over the holidays with family from out of town. Their staff was great! Everyone was practicing safe distancing with CDC guidelines. The food was delicious and very healthy too.

This is more of a 3 1/2 star review. Lunch service was very friendly & the portions were good for the price. The old-world charm aesthetic will transport you to the early 1900s with a feel of Peaky Blinders. The house salad champagne vinaigrette dressing was tasty & the side veggies were well-salted. The seasoning of the protein left something to be desired & the Signature Burger ingredients were all somewhat plain. Surprisingly, even the bacon had mild flavor, which may be a positive if you prefer yours less salty. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked however, with just the right firmness. The Blueberry Bullet was a bit watered down but tasted as expected: bourbon w/crushed blueberries. Try the Prickly Pear Mojito for a more flavorful option. A good experience over all but dinner looks to offer a more tempting menu. Will definitely try the prime rib next time around. Thank you Murphy's.

Upscale dining experience. Service was fantastic and food was great tasting. Keep in mind that it is upscale, so you'll leave with $100 bill for two people without alcohol.

MY SON AND I TOOK OUR FIRST TRIP TO PRESCOTT SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. IT IS INDEED A VERY CHARMING TOWN, OFFERING A MOST WELCOME REPRIEVE FROM THE PHOENIX HEAT. WE SAW A SIGN OUT FRONT OF ONE PLACE THAT READ "MURPHY'S", SO BEING IRISH, WE CHECKED IT OUT. WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS A STORE, WAS A REALLY GREAT RESTAURANT, WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE WELCOMING US. THEY BRING YOU A BASKET OF BREAD THAT IS SO GOOD. MESQUITE- GRILLED SALMON WAS QUITE TASTY AS WELL. MY SON SAID HIS STEAK WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN HERE ON A FUTURE TRIP TO PRESCOTT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We celebrated our Anniversary at Murphys and they were so sweet! They had a table waiting for us with a card signed by the entire staff and some candies. Dinner was delicious! Bailey was our server and she was so sweet and attentive! The manager was sure to make sure we were happy and well taken care of and gave us a complimentary dessert to finish our evening! Love love loved our experience there. Will definitely recommend and return!
