Jack In The Box

We have been going here since I moved back to Prescott. We have tried morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe even late night. It has been probably six months we have been trying to go to this jack in the box occasionally and every time we are dissapointed. This time is it for me. The woman on the speaker didn't even listen to what we ordered. And my issues are not with the crew in particular. But the food. The food is the absolute worst. Even today when we tried to go at 3:30 in the afternoon the breakfast Jack's we ordered were old. Had been sitting. The ham was discolored to the point I couldn't eat anymore after a second bite. And I bought two of them. And the fries man. Do they change the oil ever? I hope this location improves but I will not be coming back. The downtown location was the end of jack in the box for the Prescott area. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

Unacceptable! I have yet to come through the drive-thru and leave with a complete order! How is this possible? The whole point of a drive-thru is to avoid going into the business! Yet I have had to go in everytime. This is the last time I'll be frequenting this location. The food wasn't even presentable. Just an all around terrible establishment! Jack needs to focus on better training!

First and foremost shout out to Tyler at the drive thru for his outstanding and extraordinary customer service!!! I want to point out that the experience overall was far beyond any expectations, not just for Jack in the Box but pretty much any fast food restaurant. The service was fast and fresh. And even with all that he took the time to acknowledge our service dog and give him a treat. All done with a smile and willing but friendly attitude, again Tyler specifically should be an example to other employees in his position. Thank you for making dinner better than I could've asked great way to end my night.

5 stars for the night crew. Out of every crew I have ordered from, the night crews cook the best food, they don't cook it til you order it, and they have such good spirits in these troubling times. My mother loves their egg rolls. I am addicted to their munchie menu. Stop by after 9 P.M. and get a little munchie menu discount. The day shift is bunk tho at least in my experience. The night shift is where its at. Everything they make is fire...and fresh.

Easy access location- 3184 Wiilow Creek Rd in Prescott. Clean, small dining room closed due to c19 bs. The manager, Theresa, totally on top of her game, friendly and helpful. I was having an issue with the app, she made it happen. Been a really long time since an employee went the extra mile. Food was fresh, order correct. Was around lunch time, not a terribly long wait.
