Firehouse Subs

This location is slow and dirty. I travel a lot and give fair and honest reviews. The GM needs to step up their game. 6 people shouldn’t take 10 mins to make 3 sandwiches. They are friendly but you need more to run a business. Dirty fingerprints on door. Soda machine dirty, I stuck my hand on the plate and it was slimy, tea plates had sludge on them ice machine had sludge and slime. I tried the water tab and a piece of black mold fell off into my cup. I forgot to take that photo. Please make sure your store is having deep cleans on slow days and nightly soaks of parts for the drink machine with sanitizer.

I’ve worked at Firehouse subs for 2 years and I’ve never had an experience like this with a customer or a coworker. I ordered a sub and it was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, I wasn’t mad, I just went back in to get my sub remade. i watched the lady at the register write it down correctly on receipt paper and read it back to me to confirm it’s correct. After it gets made, the lady working on the line opens the box and asks if it was correct. It looked the exact same as the first sub I was served. I calmly let her know what was still missing on the sub. She takes it back and goes “Well that’s not on the paper but I’ll put it on there anyways”. Excuse me??? How are you going to tell me what’s not on the paper when I watched my order get written down AND repeated back to me?? I do NOT recommend coming to this location for a Firehouse Subs experience. 👎

Rough... Filthy. Can't keep up with orders. Trash overflowing in both cans. Teas empty and lids no on anyway. No ice in coke machine. No napkins. Sandwich makers confused as to what to do. Chips not stocked. Dust mites hanging from ceiling over food prep area. Been here for 20 min now and still haven't received our 4 sandwich order. Do not recommend.

The check out girl is short tempered, rude and wiping her snotty nose while taking orders. She also does not know the menu and charged for a small sandwich and side salad separately even though I asked for the small sandwich pair that us clearly on the menu behind her. Also, the restaurant is not clean...and they got the order wrong!!
