Wendy's

Great customer service.. employees are always nice and polite and very patient . I understand sometimes I can be a difficult person but these employers here now let me tell you what!!! there was nothing I could have done or say to make them mad or get frustrated with any of them cuz I know I've changed my order at least four times on them and they would so polite and patient with me and I still got great satisfaction... so happy with this place.. I wish more fast food places can be like this.. I would recommend anybody 100% to go to the store and get great satisfaction from them..

If you want Wendy’s, drive through Shawnee hills, right by that Wendy’s, keep driving and go and across the river to Powell. It’s only 4 more minutes of driving but here’s why you should: After several lackluster visits to the Shawnee Hills location, I had all but sworn off of the chain. Tonight, my youngest requested to go there for dinner. On a whim, I tried the Powell location instead of Shawnee Hills. The result: It was night and day from the other place. The people were nice. They were patient as we got our order together at the drive through. The food was hot and wow, so flavorful. It was what I remembered from the 70’s when I loved Wendy’s. The entire experience was different. If they didn’t have the same logo, I’d swear the two restaurants were unrelated. Shawnee hills should take some notes from the team on the other side of the river. They’re doing it right.

All the crew members were very friendly and helpful. Everything ordered was made correctly and promptly. When you are ordering for a large group, this almost never happens! So thank you!! Delicious meal washed down with a vanilla frosty. I was very pleased with my visit and will be back again. Keep up the great service.
