Smashburger

No care for their restaurant. I have never walked into a restaurant where nearly every table was not cleared, no place to take trash for the customer, no ice, floors are soiled, not sure what is going on. Cooperate should probably investigate. Some workers except for cooks were standing around. Cashier had to keep switching registers to get an order rang out. Have enjoyed Smashburger in Denver, CO and Dublin, Oh. The hamburger however was excellent - Buckeye Burger. Looses three stars on cleanliness, they will have pest problems if is not cared for. It could be where more and more restaurants are short of help? 2nd trip back in mid December and it was much much cleaner. The hamburgers are very good so wanted to try something different.

This is the best fast food burger we’ve ever had. I LOVED having a vegetarian option and sweet potato fries. I also was able to get a multigrain bun and spinach on my burger. My husband recommends getting the larger burger patty if you have a normal appetite. The regular fries are thin and nice and crispy with just the right amount of salt. Although the prices are slightly higher than similar restaurants, the healthier options are worth it. Even down to the tomatoes and lettuce- you can tell the ingredients are quality and fresh. We’ll be back.

BEST STEAK BURGERS!!!! These burger's can compete with your average steak house $20 burgers except you won't have to pay as much + tip. I think the key has to be who is cooking them because I did go once after lunch and before the dinner crowd and being the only one there my burger was on the dry side and not as JUICY as they ALWAYS are! Clean place, three selections of fresh brewed tea. You MUST order their "SMASH FRIES" to taste crisp fresh seasoned fries.

In the midst of a Burger Battle, tried one here, then will hit the new Shakeshack and Swenson's. Actually pretty darn good burger, but the indifferent young man taking orders needs a re-training on basic communication and customer service. Burger gets 4 stars, service gets 2, if that, being generous here.

Service is horribly slow, especially from r a fast food location. If the food was great then I could overlook that to some extent, but now the burgers aren't even made well. The piece of avacado in my sandwich was a comically small 1 inch in diameter. They used to include multiple slices. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other great places to eat in the area.
