Steak 'n Shake

My husband and I always order the $4 meals on the value menu they are always prepared hot and fresh. Most of the time the employees we interact with are very friendly but this last time the employee was disgruntled about something else it was nothing that dealt with our ordering or us but I always say leave your problems at home don't take it to work this is the reason why I scored it four stars it would have received five but that employee just ruin my day as well with his attitude.

went to the drive through, after waiting a minute at the speaker he told us to just wait a couple more seconds, forgot his mic on. He was probably taking to the other customer by the window, he said, “have a great day” (and then he whispers) “i hope you choke on it ” told him your mic was on and left. We called the store right after and complained, he might’ve picked up not quite to sure and gave us a complimentary milkshake, we didn’t take it. It’s just not right for someone to ever speak to anyone like that even under their breath, especially at a work place. Because somehow someone will always hear

Rude! Went through the drive through and pushed are food out, no straws for are drink, shut the window and walked away before we could ask for them, so tapped on the window to attempt to get someone's attention, still Noone, so yelled inside we need straws please, someone very rude yelled some unkind words back before finally shoving straws out the window. Customer service sucks we will not be back

To the large, angry, rude, old man at the drive thru with the toothbrush in his shirt pocket. You were beyond awful and the lack of customer service or any type of manners were VOID. If I was your boss you'd be fired on the spot for the way you behaved this afternoon with our entire transaction . Shame on you!
