Always a fast experience at this store. I have never been inside, but the double drive thru is great.

Ordered hot mustard sauce for my nuggets. Extra pickle on my Big Macs. Got no sauce, and Big Macs had no pickle. They neglected to tell me they were out of hot mustard. Hoping I wouldn't notice until I got home. Requested a full refund.

I would love to give a lower rating for management deciding to have the parking lot redone during the day. The line was so long but they way the parking lot was being done, once you pulled into the lot you had no choice but to go through the line.
Then once you finally got to order the staff was having such a hard time hearing the customer, plus I barley could hear them. They couldn’t hear me enough to get my order in so I just order the one item they could hear (coffee) and went over to Jack in the box for my road-trip breakfast.
The staff was so nice! I just felt so bad for them. This made their job harder, and you could tell they were frustrated. I hope management makes it beneficial to the staff working during the parking lot construction!
(There is a reason some road construction is conducted at night)

We needed some American food in Japan and we didn’t go wrong. Fries were hot and fresh as were the burgers and the service was fast and friendly

Alright so the kiddos wanted sum Mickey D’s so we drove over der in the truck. Kiddos were so happy. When we got der the place was packed. Emily wanted a happy meal and jay wanted a Big Mac. I said jay no Big Macs for me! He started cryin so I smacked him. All the idiots in line started talkin and the manager told me to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! I was furious and took the kiddos to smokin J’s for a nice juicy brisket. Alex if ur readin dis, I’m smackin u next. Don’t tell me how da raise my kiddos🤬🤬🤬😡 also fix ya playpen. I broke the slide going down with Emily.
