I have been a customer of this location since it first opened 10+ years ago. I have never had a bad experience, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The ice cream is delicious. The only thing I miss is having the outside tables and chairs which were taken away a year or so ago when Target expanded.

This Cold stone not only gave me super melted ice cream and didn’t taste like the flavor but also proceeded to ask for our medical information just so that we didn’t have to wear masks. I am very disappointed and probably will never visit a cold stone again. That is totally against hippa laws to ask to see my medical information.

The only thing we enjoyed about this place was walking out. And we were only in there for two minutes. We were helped for a minute by Mackenzie and she was a completely rude and overall mean person. And like i said before! We were only helped for a minute by her. She sounded and looked like she had a stick up her butt. we ended up not getting the ice cream. The staff was rude. 0/10 do not recommend. If i could put one star i would but it wont let me...

2 stars because it's not the worst service I've ever received, but it's the worst at a Cold Stone. It had been about 5 years since I'd been to this particular place. Went on National Ice Cream day and 1st of all the place was pretty much empty. The ice cream was made with minimal use of ingredients. Idk if this was a training issue or if they were just told to be stringy with the toppings. I won't be going back there again.

Was the worst experience. I went in to buy a large cake to celebrate an exciting event for my family and as soon as I went to cakes the employee wanted me to not touch the refrigerator where cakes were kept. Upon telling him I’m trying to see the cake he still told me to not touch and open. I walked out and won’t be walking back in. Disappointing. Don’t come here

Definitely not a "have it your way" type place. I've had some amazing ice cream drinks in Seal Beach, La Habra, Whittier, but they are not allowed to sway from the menu here. If you want any of their "usuals," I imagine that they are great!

Just now got a founders fav love it size..02/11 8:55 pm.. the lady who prepared the icecream was rude and didn’t prepare the icecream as it was suppose to. Have been going this place for 4 years.. but Going there for the last time.
