Planet Wings

This Kingston planet wings restaurant is the worst managed place! Food was delivered cold, delivered half the food ordered, and the gyro had nothing in it, neither did the chicken wrap, and the Philly cheese steak sandwich had nothing it was supposed to..plus we ordered combos and didn't receive our drinks or fries!!! When we called regarding such a mess, they said there manager Christine, would give us 10 percent off our next order even after we said, the food wasn't touched and we just wanted our money back and they could take there food back!!!They came back and still didnt have the order right and argued that we were wrong! We live in a nice community in town of Ulster. This will be shared with our friends and family. We will not order from Broadway Planet Wings Again! "Big Dissapointment !!!

Dirty. Food is like cafeteria food but not as good. Wings are sooooooo small. How can you charge a $1 a wing whwn they are smaller than what you can get anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Place is a rip off. Staff is rude, especially the manager. No wonder the place is ALWAYS empty. Too bad that fire did not take the whole building down. At least then there would be a reason why its always empty. Even for football on Sundays its dead. No bartender. And what really upsets me is that i payed extra to sit at the bar and people that payed less at the front counter were allowed to sit at the bar as well. If your going to have a "grill" side, then enforce it!!!!!!!!! Why should i pay extra when anyone can just order up front then sit in the restaurant side! All in all, dont go here. You will get better food, better service, and a cleaner environment at a soup kitchen..

Ok. I know I'm prego and my hormones are going crazy but I waited like 15 mins for 5 pieces of boneless wings!!! I was so upset. I ordered. Sat down. Ten mins pass by ok they should be done. I walk up to the counter to obviously let them know I'm ready and they could've at least reassured me it's almost done. No nothing! Not one customer was there at the time. So why when I stare at the guys in the back it's like they were then moving slower?? Once my order was up I didn't even want a bag I was starving! And then this girl had the nerve to smile and say have a great day. No. Now I remember why I never go there. Stupid cravings ugh!!!!! Never again mark my words!!!!!

i ordered 50 wings with 3 flavors butter garlic, ranch and roasted garlic BBQ. and a side of nacho chips and cheese my total was $53 including a $3 tip and 1.65 delivery fee. first off it seems you only get 3 smal pieces of celery per order. i have ordered the butter garlic wings in the past and it was chopped garlic and butter and 100% delicious they have CHEAPENED there rcipe it is now some cheap movie theatre buter and garlic salt that ran right off the fried wings so the ended up flavorless. the garlic BBQ was also some sort of cheap brand of bbq maybe Kraft and was the high point of this meal although still bad. it does not say what ranch wings are on the online menu i was hoping for something like doritos cool ranch what i got was unflavored wings actually soaked in cheap ranch dressing i have been increasingly diddapointed in planet wings they were a good value when they opened with food packed with flavor now they are expensive with zero flavor food made from low cost low quality ingredients the chips were good and your typical low flavor canned cheese sauce i believe this will be the last time i ever order from here they have run out of chances thy have lost a longtime customer

this place absolutely sucks my wife and i came to eat some wings on monday night there were 3 guys in front line 2 guys working on back so a total of 5 workers only two tables (customers) they saw us walking in never ask us if we needed anything never gave us menus not even a word we were sitting for over 20 mins the guy brought the food out for the table next to us but never said a word yo us he looked at us but never said a dammmm word we decided to leave the place because this is not the first time it happens. i really hope the owner pays more attention to the place no wonder why this place is always empty hope they close places like this one that dont treat customers with respect (dont forget we the reason why u still in business)
