P.c.'s Paddock Restaurant

Favorite Restaurant in the area. Off the beaten path AWAY from Rte 9 and all the chain restaurants. They just remodeled the entire exterior area. They did a patio area and got rid of the grass where bugs and mosquitoes used to bite you up. The servers are very friendly. The food is always good. They have a smoker on premise, grown vegetables, vines on trellis, fresh herbs. New high top tables and chairs. Very well shaded so you’re not baking in the sun while you’re eating. They have smaller portions for their lunch menu. The interior is small, dark, and dated. A tiny bar area that is pretty popular with the locals for happy hour. It is right near the rail trail to take a before/after stroll. Believe the owner is a CIA grad. Family owned and ran. He has won best Asian wings several times. Definitely a must try. It is an eclectic American menu.

Wings, get the wings. I'm going to be honest and say I have no idea what the other food in the menu tastes like. I go to PC's, I sit at the bar, I order a whiskey, I order wings, I eat the wings. Sometimes 2 orders of wings. Devils butter and cowboy ones are smoked and I think objectively the best wings you can get anywhere in the Hudson Valley. If you are in the mood for wings there is really no competition.

What a beautiful place to gather with your friends ❤️ Such a happy cozy atmosphere, with amazing food and amazing staff. The Suicide Prevention Fundraiser was nothing less than perfect and awesome The Jukebox Junkies brought in all the love at this event❤️ A beautiful turnout. Thank you PC for holding this event.

I am currently in the process of hiring a lawyer so that I can sue this place for getting me addicted to their wings. I love the wings, I have had many wings in my life and non compare not only are they mind blowing good but they are good size too you actually get full eating these wings. PC paddocks thank you for making me an addict, you’ll be hearing from my lawyer soon lol.
