King Diner

I've eaten here two times so far. My son and I like to go here for lunch while my older kids are in school. Both times I was pleasantly surprised! The good was good, the waitress were nice,l. It wasn't very busy so they were doing all kinds of cleaning to keep busy. I had their fettuccine Alfredo and it was so good! I was hesitant because I'm kind of picky about it. The garlic knots were perfect too!

Worst ever!! 2 days in a row I place an order for delivery either the order is taken home by the delivery person, or King's Pizza & Fried Chicken did not make it, or forgot some of our order, or was wrong. I say NO Stars for they are bad!!!! Some of there food like prodigies come with onions when the menus says nothing about onions. There communication with customers, employees, and delivery people (restaurant people, and or third party company like grubhub) bad!! Tarable Services!!

We ordered a pound of crab legs. My daughter said they were delicious! She had hers with old bay seasoning. She said they were nicely seasoned & she has a new spot for Alaskan Crab Legs. My husband ordered shrimp in the basket. He wasn't really impressed. He said he thought they were jumbo shrimp, but turned out to be popcorn shrimp with fries. The fries were delicious! My grandson got the chicken strips with onion rings & mozzarella sticks. He liked the Mozzarella sticks & the chicken. He wasn't too impressed with the onion rings, but overall it was a WIN for us! We will return!

Food quality has gone down over the last year. On top of that. Our order was short 2 items and 2 errors on my entree. When I called. They offered to credit me but I still wouldn't have dinner then. The "manager" would not confirm he was or his name blamed the driver for their errors. Also, told me he was actively changing the area they deliver to because my 15 minutes is too far.

I have been ordering from King's for over a year now. The food has been on a steady decline as well as the service. Tonight was the last straw as half of our order was either missing or wrong. On a call back with the manager he refused to give us his name and when we asked about the missing items he replied "Oh well we were going to give you credit if you called us for them." He then threatened us that he was going to limit the range of deliveries so that we could not order anymore because we asked for the delivery we ordered and not what was sent to us. My fiance has been in the food service for over 10 years and we understand things happen but this was a blatant disregard for customer service. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 months and the last time we will use them.
