Dairy Queen

Both of my blizzards were milk by the time I even got my order, they were handed to me in a bag and no flip test was done on either blizzard I ordered. I had two people in front of me and my ice cream wasn’t even cold by the time I got home. I get home and open the one blizzard it leaks out all over my floor and kitchen. I live 2 minutes from the DQ, I’m upset I just spent $11+ on two blizzards I can’t even eat, I’ve never had this bad of an experience! ** update** Nick was super awesome to deal with and handled my concern. I appreciate the help!

Absolutely the WORST Blizzards ever!!! Most of the time we get Blizzards from there it is basically a cup of ice cream with a piece or two of candy!! Last night they not only had very little candy in them, and the wrong candy at that, they had the consistency of milkshakes!! If they did the upside down test with them they would have been all over the floor!! Also, it's always a different price for the same items! Worst DQ ever!!

The quality at this DQ has been declining over the last few years. Recently, I got a Turtle Pecan Cluster blizzard and the pecans were obviously stale. You ask for extra toppings or sauces and you get charged but don't get what you paid for. The staff seems clueless. Food often makes it out the drive thru window cold. So frustrating as it used to be decent.
