They're usually pretty good but when I got the spicy chicken sandwich on my most recent visit this is what I got, I never special order any of the sandwiches, so this was a bit of a disappointment.

Just returned from McDonald's at Stateline,Id,AGAIN,a big disappointment....we ordered a Crispy Chicken sand.,we get home and it is a tiny piece of chicken and 2 pickles,it didn't have mayo or anything else on it.THIS WILL BE OR LAST TIME COMING TO THIS ONE,This was not the first time they have messed up an order.Most of the time the burgers are just thrown together with half the condiments hanging out the bun.

Well today was very busy it looked like for them the young lady named faith who took my order was very polite and helpful especially since I couldn’t remember the name of the item I wanted. 10 out of 10 customer service the food was hot and yummy as always :)

Fries were undercooked and didn't receive our whole order. Went back with the receipt and an incredibly rude employee wouldn't give us the rest of our order because "I didn't do that" and "I don't know if you got it or not." Customer service may not be your Forte if you can't handle simple customer issues.

I recently went through the drive through and got 8 basic sandwiches nobody was in line when we pulled up we were given our drinks then asked to pull forward we sat there and watched 5 or 6 people behind us leave while we waited ended up having to go in 2 times to get our food after another 15 minute wait because the first time they didn't give us the complete order the staff was extremely careless one cashier said there wasn't much they could do to fix our order then after we get all of our food 3 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly McDoubles with single patties mcchickens with so much mayo it it was raining off the sandwiches

I'd give this particular location a negative rating if I could, staff is rude and obviously doesn't care about how they treat customers, especially those of us that drive truck apparently. Food was cold, and looked like it was literally thrown together without any care that someone was actually paying for it. Would never come back to this location. Ordered a few burgers with slivered onion and a large fry, this is how all my burgers look. No ketchup, barley any onion and may have well been tossed on the floor before being served. My advice fire the entire crew plenty of folks are going to need a job.

At least the last shift is 3 star, when I went there found hair with my fries. Maybe not enough on shift but was sad to waste product and money.
