Dunkin'

These people are on it! What a sweet guy operating their drives through/ window! Plus the coffee was made correctly, food was HOT, there was warm conversation and I left feeling happier than I did driving up to order. ((THIS IS A GOOD THING)), Unlike a few other locations - That ALWAYS hand you half cooked, frozen in the middle, half-assed food. (Gray/falmouth) and coffee that tastes like I'm lacking the bottom of the burnt coffee pot, IF they even give you a correct coffee order. LOL.

This location locks the lobby doors whenever they feel like it. Pretty annoying when they are accepting walk-in online orders only to have to wait 20 mins in the drive through line to get your iced coffee that’s all melted and hot coffee that’s cold as ice. I could see if they were short handed but you can clearly see 5 employees inside. Turn off the walk in option if you’re going to lock the doors during Business hours

Made my coffee wrong, I asked for four creams and four sugars and it came out tasting like a cup of syrup. It seems like it's impossible to get your coffee made the same from one Dunkin location to the next. I've been getting my coffee from McDonald's lately because at the end of the day it's not bad coffee and they've never given me a cup of coffee that tasted like it had 20 sugars in it. In fact one time I brought my coffee back because it was too sweet and they gave me a second cup of coffee that was sweeter than the first one. I suspect part of the problem is that they hire young people who don't drink coffee in the first place, and expect them to make a good cup of coffee...🤢

It would be a 5 star review any other day, but today I Had a problem with the guy that made my coffee. I ordered a large frozen coffee with vanilla bean added to it. Same thing I ALWAYS order. Normally it's really really light in color, today it was black. You could tell the machine didn't mix it properly. I asked him for a new one, told him it doesn't look right. His response was "I made it myself, I know it's right." Along with a bunch of other rude stuff and the look on his face when he said it.... I had to have my fiance stay in Dunkin, talk to the manager and get me a new one. Needless to say, I don't think he's going to have a job for much longer.

I've been coming here daily for 12 years. Jess and Ben are awesome! The afternoon drive-through service, however, has gone way downhill. They don't know how to put sugar in coffee or lids on cups, and sometimes they're not very friendly. Yes, the building was renovated, so it looks nice. But as Odysseus said to Euryalos, the gods do not bestow grace to all equally; in appearance one may resemble the immortals, and yet the mind within is rotten. (Od. 8.167f)
