Went in for a slurpee at this place, all the flavors were out except two, the clerk said. Out of those two, only one actually worked and it was mislabeled as some other flavor. We tossed it out after tasting it. I won't ever stop at this place again.

Used to be my go to place. New owners and the place has really.gone down hill. Multiple times no hot coffee in the morning. Multiple times no hot food or very little.. Old loyal fun employees you could talk to and knew you, gone....

I guess the owner had covid and went to work knowing he had it thats why its closed he exposed everyone to it so if u went there the last few weeks watch out for symptoms.

This use to be a very nice store as 7-11s go but lately the staff has been a little rude. The store is starting to look dirty. And now the last couple days they have a pit bull behind the counter. I love dogs but this dog looks like he may be ill. He’s dirty and just lays on a blanket shaking. Keep in mind they are preparing food in this area. It’s hard to distinguish between the homeless standing outside the store and the employees behind the counter.

I turned in a lottery ticket i believe before 7am which I thought you could not do this? i bought a king size crossword ticket with the winnings of the 2.00 the ticket is a 2.00 winner and the machine said sorry this is not a winner. I verified with the clerk of the store that the ticket was a 2.00 winner. I spoke with the manager or owner of the store forgot to get his name. He was a gentleman colored skin looked asain maybe.. I showed him how my ticket was a 2.00 winner and he said he does not have time to deal with 2.00 and told me to call lottery. I understand it is only 2.00,to me as a customer, the customer is always RIGHT. I was right and he should of dealt with it. I asked him why does he have lottery then in his store if he doesnt want to deal with it then to take lottery out of his store,. He told me he has it comes it brings peopl e in which brings money in no matter if its 1 penny or 100.00 . He is still making money and needs to treat the situation no matter what or else do not be a manager. This was the worst customer service you can provide your customers. That is why you are a mangager to begin with to deal with the situations that your employess can not.
