Terlingua

Terlingua is a great spot. Super fun vibe outside and the staff are all really nice and very fun. Make reservations early because it can book up on the weekends. The BBQ is pretty good. The tostada salad was incredible! They also have a great cocktail selection and over 10 beers on tap. The BBQ platter is good. The meats are all smoky. The sausage was awesome, wish we had gotten more of that. It’s a fun spot in Portland. Definitely worth the visit as you are exploring all the new/fun spots through the city. Prices are reasonable.

Terlingua is absolutely a Portland hidden gem. Tucked away in Munjoy Hill, it is a sweet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to a quiet, quaint, colorful and relaxing outdoor (and indoor) dining experience. They’ve done an amazing job with providing lots of multi-level, three-season seating options outdoors. Their staff is kind and attentive. Their food is done well— very well. Everything we’ve had has been top notch. I cannot wait to go back for more! Stop into Terlingua if you’re looking for some great BBQ in Portland with a chill outdoor seating area!

The food was perfection! We shared the taquitos, as well as the chips and queso. I rounded out with the brisket tacos. Best tacos hands down. Brisket wasn't the slightest bit dry. Toppings were an amazing combination of flavors. Service is where a star was lost for us. When you walk in, you wait in line regardless of having a reservation or not. We ended up being 20 minutes past our reservation time due to waiting for walks in and other reservations. We will definitely go back because the food was fantastic. Our server was also great, but after clearing our plates we didn't see them or another staff member for almost 30 minutes!!!

Terlingua is amazing! We wait for our table in the patio(corral or bar area) meanwhile tasting the margaritas and mezcal, after a few, we went to our table and enjoy an amazing smoke BBQ dinner( the pork belly is so tasty!) . Love it come back soon! The service is so amazing! Hope you see the mushroom earring. 🍄 thanks!

Some of the best brisket I've had. Tacos were great, cocktails are super. Smoked turkey was on point. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the menu was space on vegetables. I love me some meat, but a couple options would be nice. Maybe I overlooked them on the menu. The outdoor spaces are fantastic. Really well done.
