The Ethiopians that run the place are rude and try to rip you off. At the very least they talk down to you in that accent of theirs. Apparently the government is still giving away stores and loans that they don't have to pay back to Africans who can't make it in a war-torn country like Liberia or Sierra Leone.

Every single time i got there it’s always dirty and its a lot of stuffs in the hallways, the employees don’t respect the dress code. Dress code because using flip flops are not presentable for working, serving food.

I also have went this store since 2004. But these past few years the employee's are so rude and impolite. Usually people love going into their neighborhood convenience store. Not! I will literally drive further awsy from home just so i don't have to have a poor experience shopping while at a 7-11

The short blonde lady who looks like a crack head works night on Wednesday is so rude has no customer service skills and the way she treats customers is horrible I filed a complaint once and nothing happened when she over charged my Debit card not only that every time she’s working she claims to be “cleaning the oven” 1:45am - went back few hours later and still says she’s cleaning it I swear she just says that cause to lazy and doesn’t wanna cook it if she don’t have time for customers then she doesn’t have time for a job
