Euro Dish

People from Chicago love to complain. I'm from Chicago. We call it commiserating, but it's complaining. So I order the Chicago style polish. I'm thinking win win. Not authentic? I get to complain. I.e. I win. Authentic? that's delicious. I win again. Verdict? I've never had a Chicago style polish this good. I've had a lot. I'm not Bill Shwerski or anything, but I've had a lot. Needless to say I have tell my wife it's sweat not tears streaming down my face. (She bought it. It was hot outside) So then I start on the cheese blintzes. Two bites in and I pull up Zillow and start looking at home prices in the area. Tl;Dr; stop reading this and order already.

If you want a delicious, hearty, authentic polish meal, that tastes as if it came right from your polish grandma's kitchen, this is your spot! Everything is rich, and while certainly filling, that doesn't ever stop me from wanting to turn back around for seconds to take home. Today was no exception. 😁

We tried two different combo plates; both were fantastic, just like being back in Poland. Pierogi was perfect, sausage was gorgeous, Gołąbki was to die for. I only wanted a tiny bit of fresh dill on the plates. The woman cooking, presumably the owner, was so lovely and sweet. Portions were generous and very well priced, I’d pay significantly more. I can’t wait to go back.
