Subway

Corporate Subway is a complete joke and extremely unprofessional. Two Subway Stores in Milwaukie, Oregon owned by the same owner, Store 3645 - 15031 SE McLoughlin Blvd and Store 24556 – 10818-A, Oak Street owe me $383 for gift cards that I purchased at THEIR stores and they will not honor, because they admittingly have an i-phone application that does not merge their gift cards properly and despite that I have the physical cards and receipts, they refuse to refund me my $383 or provide me another card or cards with my original balances on them. This is complete FRAUD. Moreover, Corporate Subway refuse to provide the identity of the owners, as they claim they are “private companies” and cannot provide that information. I understand that $383 is chump change to both the franchise and franchisee, but to me, it is a lot of money, particularly given the current times. I feel this might be in retaliation of me pointing out to them that they have severe problems with fruit flies in both stores, acknowledge it but won’t do anything about it. Milwaukie Marketplace Subway and Oak Grove Subway are FRAUDS and Criminals! Milwaukie Marketplace Subway and Oak Grove Subway owns are FRAUDS and crooks.

I went in and there were two gentlemen waiting by the seating. They told me they were waiting for an order. The clerk was working on two large orders. She approaches me and mumbles something through her facemask that I can't quite hear. I tell her I'm interested in the BLT sandwich to which she replies that I'll have to wait behind those other two gentlemen since they were waiting first. Okay, misunderstanding. That's fine. She finishes up with the two large orders and then takes their orders. After she's done, she comes back to my order. She even remembers I want a BLT sandwich. I said yes, do you have it in the footlong or just the 6 inch? Her: I'm sorry, but we're all out of bacon until tomorrow. She had me waiting for almost 10 minutes just to tell me that.

Our food was great, the store was clean but there was only one worker on a Friday afternoon at 315. There was a long line of 6 people behind us and three in front of us. The worker was super attentive greeting each person who came in and at the same time paying close attention to those who were ordering. She was a great worker.

I feel terrible for the employees of this particular store, they are always overwhelmed with online orders as well as a line out the door. The owner of this store needs to hire more employees instead of having one guy by himself on a sat night trying to manage everything, it's unfair. I go into this particular subway almost every night. I'm gonna switch stores.

Went in at a busy lunch hour so the line was definitely growing. I’m patient so I understand if there’s a wait during a rush. Though I noticed one of the employees failed to wash her hands after attending a customer at the register. I assume that maybe she was a new employee but not washing your hands before putting on clean gloves defeats the purpose of putting on gloves.

Almost every time I've been in there it's been great, except when this guy Matt works. The first time he served me he said he couldn't sell me a water in a large cup even though every other employee has done so with no issue. And then today I ordered a footling tuna deluxe And he put LESS TUNA THAN WOULD BE ON A STANDARD NONE DELUX SANDWICH. I don't know what that guys problem is but I don't think a job dealing with the public suits him at all.
