To many times they forget items that I buy and should be in my bag. Do you go to "fast food" just to have to walk or drive back to get the order correct? 7 piece jalepeño had only 6. Salad was not in the bag. Plus, I went inside and they were serving the drive through while ignoring the walk in. I am tired of the lack of quality in focus for "customer service".

Order of tacos full of grease oil fat loaded! After 2 years I came back, home style chicken was dry & hard. Could not tear it apart with my teeth and hands sad.
