Little Caesars

They do not enforce their own rules regarding COVID, which means that people who push in and pack the front get served and people who obey the rules and stay out waiting for an opening can't get served. When I tried to point this out to one of the employees, she was quite rude and suggested I order online. I am not going to order online with no guarantee that I can pick up the pizza safely.

They literally made my pizza perfect! It was soo good I forgot to take a pic right away. It was well done with all the perfect crispy goodness in THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY!!!! And just the right amount of corn meal on the bottom. Apologies for the bad pic, but dang I ate it so quick and that should speak for itself.

Walked in at 11:30am for $5 lunch special. Young woman working the counter never acknowledged my presence. She gave a guy his pizza & went in the back & continued making food. She came back up front & gave someone else their food, still no contact. I get it that you’re busy, shorthanded, or overwhelmed, but at least say hi & I’ll be with you soon. I’m not a complainer because I work retail, so I just went to McDonalds across the parking lot. Employees need some more customer service training or better management.

I waited for a long time and even asked if I could order and was completely ignored while the woman behind the counter tried to help other costumers who were just getting there and not take my order. My pizza is not good. I typically love Little Caesars pizza, but both of my pizzas were just made poorly. All of the cheese and toppings were in the center, making the outer half of the pizza just burnt sauce. The crust was also off from what they typically would serve at other locations and seemed burnt. Lastly, they did not slice my pizza all the way throught so the pizza just ripped apart. I hate to leave bad reviews but my experience at this location was honestly terrible. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Waited 5+ minutes with nobody in line to get a hot and ready pizza. Was told 10 minutes. So much for ready, at least it'll be fresh. Waited 10, came back inside, after another wait, was told 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes I started this review. I waited 7 minutes before posting, during which time they asked for my order two more times, to let you know how the food was when we got it. Watched several people come and go with their food. Food was tepid. Not hot, not ready. $15 for some pizza and crazy bread. Giving ME the stink eye for standing around so long. Not coming back. Do not recommend.

Worst pizza place to go. Don't waste your time or money here. I waited to get my order taken but made me wait 10 minutes there. Not even order. While I was there waiting I was watching the guy preparing and getting money and answering phone calls not one time did I see him wash his hands. I had enough watching I just left so unsanitary. I would hope there would be more sanitary to follow because of the virus. So disgusted. I will take my money somewhere else. Ever since they got a new owner everything went down hill. Customer service sucks too.
