Love the food & the last few times we've been in, customer service has been very good & proficient in keeping the line moving smoothly even when they've been steadily working with walk-ins one after another without a break for a good length of time. The attitude of workers remained cheerful & ready to offer any assistance or suggestions that may improve the food or service they were already providing. The workers were also very good at keeping everything clean & at washing their hands & changing gloves in-between each customer which is greatly appreciated. We use the NE MLK location that's in between Killingsworth & Ainsworth almost exclusively as that is the one within a mile of our home. This has been & will remain a house favorite on those nights no one wants to cook or make dinner or lunch. Thank you :)

Saturday we popped in around 5pm for a quick sandwich and was served with some very professional sandwich artisans! The young gentleman that served us was very thorough and took his time! Made our sandwiches with procession and remembered items we had forgotten ourselves! Super delicious and they hit the spot! Would recommend this young man and masked woman with a pony tail to get a raise and run the shop forever!

The only reason i'm giving this a 5 stars is because of the gentleman working on July 6th 2022 at 7pm. There was another young lady working with him and i came in asking about a door dash order, she said it wasn't ready and told me it would be ready in 10 min, i was under the impression that she would make it because he was making the customers inside orders, i left and came back to find out she went on her break without making the order or letting the other guy know i came in. I felt bad for him because i've worked in fast food and she just left him to do anything, when she could have helped with the doordash orders prior to going on her break just to make it easier for him. I saw atleast two doordash orders. When i've worked fast food we were always supposed to help out with orders prior to going on break.He seemed really sorry and stressed. He was doing great and was so kind i appreciate it.

I'm sorry I got upset with the woman making my sandwich tonight. I didn't mean to get upset at how much honey mustard she put on it. Eventually when I got home and was done eating the sandwich and chips, I stopped and thought about something. She was probably stressed from being at work and she actually seemed to be doing what I do when I have a really hard time focusing and also focusing really hard on something where it's hard to distract me. I also accidentally don't hear what people say sometimes when I get distracted. Sometimes my mind chooses what I hear and other people get mad at me for that when I don't hear in conversations. When I make my arts and crafts I'm exactly like her. I do a mix of hyper focusing, getting distracted, and accidentally tuning out other noise, or tuning things out on purpose completely so that I get less distracted. Even though I was nauseous during and after eating the sandwich I was glad I met her, since you don't always get to meet people like you. I'll be back, thanks.

Great sandwich food fresh vegetables and bread. Young nice guy the older lady was not nice . Rude to the young guy that was great working with me. She pushed our food aside and told him to ring up her order. He still was waiting on me and granddaughter. But his nails was good pink. He put our food in bag and smile.! He was great she need people skills training.

I don't usually rate or leave comments for large chain stores, gas stations, or fast food chains. Unless really bad or left a nice impression. Like this little Subway! From the unique building to the two young men inside that were polite, courteous and extremely efficient. Seems lately that kids these days don't know how to treat customers. These two young men did and bravo. Actually drove further than my closest Subway cause it was over crowded. Glad I made that choice and will visit again. Thanks
