I came in for a few birthday ice cream! The girl working here was extremely sweet to us and seemed to be genuinely happy it was my birthday, which was really fun. I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in a really long time, and this was a fun reminder that their ice cream is still delicious.

The kid in front of me paid in pennies and was a little short. The server gave him the cone. When I offered to cover the shortage, the server said that she'd cover it with her tips. Big tip for her. Good on you.

For many years, I have bought ice cream cakes from the Baskin Robbins on NE 39th in Portland to celebrate my husband's birthday. This year the service was exceptional, under exceptional circumstances. The store was organized beautifully for safe distancing and no contact payment, and everyone there was friendly and professional. I chose a time when there are usually fewer customers, so it went smoothly and quickly. I definitely recommend going there for a safe and pleasant experience, and great ice cream cake rolls!

Your typical Baskin Robbins, they have plenty of flavors. Went in for $1.50/scoop day and got ice cream without any problems

To me, B&R is the original gourmet ice cream shop. I hadn't been in years, but had a very nice treat after a long hot day of walking. Sweet girls offering fast service behind the counter. It was the end of the day so everything was a bit bedraggled, but nevermind. Loved it.
