Starbucks

Definitely my least favorite starbucks visit, staff was curt, which is not the end of the world, but my drink, which I get regularly was extremely watery too. If the staff is feeling harried and rushed, they need more support so they can perform at their best. I don't blame the baristas as much as management.

The staff was Wonderful. Very nice & caring. I have to admit, the paper straws really really are HORRIBLE! I like using the straws in my drinks while driving. It is easier to sip my drinks. I stopped to get a hot drink for my 2+ hour drive back hm from Portland. The straw only made it about half way til it would not work anymore. It was literally falling apart. Starbucks needs to NOT use those straws, or maybe give them to the customers that like them. Thanks

We ordered two tall drinks and ended up being charged for every single pump of syrup (all of which were supposed to be included with the drinks). I ordered a tall iced coffee with two pumps of sugar syrup instead of the three it normally comes with, and was charged .60 extra for two pumps of syrup. I was also charged .80 cents for a splash of almond milk in my iced coffee. I understand the upcharge when you sub almond milk for a whole drink, but I've never been charged for a splash before. My wife's drink was a tall iced mocha which should come with three pumps of mocha syrup. She tried to order it sugar free but they don't carry the sugar free mocha syrup anymore so the cashier offered to replace one of the pumps with sugar free vanilla to reduce the sugar content. We said sure, and were charged for 2 pumps of mocha syrup and 1 of sf vanilla. I don't know if this was a new cashier who doesn't understand how to ring things up properly or if this location regularly overcharges, but we didn't order, or receive any extra pumps of syrup. Just the ones that were supposed to come with the drinks we ordered... but we were charged for all 5 of them. Keep an eye on the prices if you go to this location.
