Starbucks

Operation of this store has dropped dramatically since the operations were taken under the Fred Meyer wing. Inconsiderate and lackadaisical customer service. Very haphazard attentions to the Starbucks adopted COVID-19 protocols in place, making the precautions utterly non effective: working with face masks around necks or not covering mouth and nose. Poor, inaccurate and inattentive drink production. Very poor attitude towards in-store customer reactions to their own ineptitude, witnessed and experienced on more than three occasions in the last four months. After 10 years, we will not be a customer at this location in the future.

I know a lot of people rag on “corporate coffee” and I get their point to a point. If there is a great indecent coffee shop with great carefully roasted fresh coffee I’m with you but for a corporation Starbucks consistently produces a great coffee and customer experiences for more people worldwide than any other corporation I know of. And they also has strong environmental, fair trade and worker values. They are not your typical type ‘A’ Corp only out for profits.

I never leave reviews but today i was in this location today with my twin 2 year old boys. We purchased a coffee, a banana and 2 fruit pouches. One of the boys was crying, what do you expect he's 2. While trying to console him a worker came up to me and said he was crying at a decimal was wasn’t appropriate for Starbucks and i had to make him be quiet or leave. Its not like i i was on my phone ignoring him, i wasn’t screaming at him, i was trying to figure out what he wanted. I will not be coming back to this location and i will be calling their corporate office.

Ordered a coconut milk iced mocha w no whip cream because I’m lactose intolerant. They gave me a dairy drink w whipped cream. Asked for the drink to be remade due to dietary restrictions, and it was made again with cow’s milk. Will not return to this location; the barista threw the straw at me when giving me the second incorrect beverage.
