Dairy Queen

Nothing quite says I've given up like forgetting to add any flavor to their blizzards. If your are planning to eat your emotions like I was, go else where. Turns out you can get sadder, all it takes is a vanilla blizzard. I didn't even know this was a menu option, but here I am, sitting in the dark eating a plain blizzard. I tried to call to see if I could rectify the issue, without sitting inline at 8pm, but no one ever answers and voicemail isn't an option. 10/16/21 They asked for another chance so tonight I returned... Apparently they don't think I'm too bright, which clearly I'm not as I went back... Anywho, it's really easy to see they ripped a chicken strip in half to get to 4... Someone failed math obvi, as two halves make a whole, so that is still only 3 🙄

This is not the first time it has happened I ordered fries came back cold and gross I waited at the window until the lady came back and I said these fries are soggy and not hot she had an attitude having to have to replace them second time on my ice cream. Inch and a half what I asked for on the top of the blizzard I did not notice until almost halfway home and found the rest of it was all vanilla ice cream not mixed well at all for the blizzard and it's not the first time my order has been wrong or really bad food not going back here again.

When I got up to the window I was surprised to see this….if I were the owner I would want to know about it. Not appropriate in my book! I also just want to mention that the reason I was there was to purchase two gift certificates for my students for birthday gifts. They sold me them but told me that I had to pay cash for them. Is this you typical policy DQ?

I have now gone back to this establishment. They have improved their menu by leaps and bounds. They can improve the mixing of the blizzards. All is good this is a very busy place . Good food takes time to make good so don't get mad if there is a super long line They are just trying to make perfection.
