Yuck. I bought 4 meals for my family. The fries were thrown away bc they were cold, brown and tasted as if they sat there for hours. The finger fries were dry as if they sat on a shelf for his and overcooked. And to to it off, the whopper burgers were chopped up. So far, this location and 9400 on 82nd have poor quality as if toddlers are running them and have no clue what to do

Don’t order food from this location, you may have to take yourself or a family member to the hospital. I was annoyed when I was charged for a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a regular one, and when I saw the fries were old and cold, but the reason I’m posting today is because the chicken I was eating was raw in the middle!

What can i say, ordered 4 whoppers, 5 fries. Got 4 whoppers, 2 fries. From two to five is a lot of missing fries. Had to ask for 3 more and asked for BBQ sauce for fries. He handed me one pack. I said do you think one will do it for 5 fries? He looked surprised and gave me more. I was the only person inside ordering at the time so it wasn't busy. Go figure!!

Absolutely worst food served. Fries old and mixed with older. Chicken was cold and hard. Paid extra for condiments that was left off burger. Need a different manager. From good to awful. Manager said it was the times. What?

Slow, slow, slow! I have been here three times for dinner in the last few weeks. Each time it has absurdly slow, like 20-30 minutes. First time I thought it was a fluke. Second time I was surprised. Third time sealed my opinion.
Unless your like waiting ages for mediocre quality food, don't go here. They also always screw up, so do check your order at the window before you go.

Went to get food last night took 30 min. Lady w blue green hair was so rude claimed we called her retarded . I would never do that. She slammed the window yelled inside that those ladies called us retarded. Then they for got our fries. So we had to walk to window to ask for them she said she would bring them to us in parking lot. We sat out there for 20 min while she kept looking out at us shaking her head. Finally she brought out our fries. By then burgers were cold. Never again will I go there.

Disgusting. I went to the drive through, gave my order and had to repeat it while the person was rude. I asked for a whopper meal off the broiler, it wasnt !!
The person with green hair in the drive through was dismissive. My fries were cold and soggy, the whopper was disgusting, the bun was stale and hard. The burger meat was luke warm and not off the broiler as requested. Best thing i got was the soda 🙃

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this location, sat for 5 minutes waiting to get my order taken with only 1 car in front of us (we arrived after they had finished ordering). Then when we tried to get someone’s attention after not being greeted for 5 minutes (simply just said “hello?”) we were met with a disrespectful attitude. Finally got our order taken, then sat in line for another 15-20 minutes. I will never go back.
