Domino's Pizza

I’ve ordered from here twice and the delivery has been the most bizarre experience both times. First time, delivery driver called me and told me to come outside to get the pizza. I get it, short staffed, but this was still in the time of mask mandate and part of why I ordered delivery was for the contact-free option. I go outside to meet the driver, no one is there. I try calling back the number but get no one. Start walking up and down the block to find the driver in case they’re lost. Bing! Listed as delivered. Still no pizza. Three minutes later, driver rolls up, gets really close to me unmasked and literally puts the pizza on a neighbors car and drives off. Manager was a bit sassy but ultimately apologetic which I appreciated. Second time, I dunno WHAT happened. We typed in the correct address, but accidentally typed in the phone number wrong. No worries, we have the address correct, what could go wrong? Bing! Marked as delivered. No pizza. We walk around the building, around the outside in the rain and can’t find our order. We call to ask where it is, and get a delivery driver who said our directions didn’t include an apartment number (on our end, it did. I have screenshots but I don’t want to post my address online) and because the last letter of the instructions cut off (due to the character count on the website which I get is out of their control) I asked why he didn’t just leave it at the apartment building front door then and he referred me to his manager. Manager Tony was pretty combative but I get that they’re stretched thin, but it became clear they weren’t going to refund us at any point and just took the food back to the store with no attempt to email us (we did provide correct email information) or even update on our online order that there was an issue. Delivery guy Joe did end up coming and giving it to us thankfully and was very sweet and showed us that on their end it just doesn’t show the apartment number which is super weird? Because when I’ve ordered at other apartments I’ve never had this issue. The stuffed bread was raw on the inside, and crispy burnt on the outside. I hate myself and my life.

I've ordered delivery from here a few times. Pretty solid. Last two times I picked up because It appears the delivery fee went up to $6. Last time I did curbside it was fine. This time I waited almost five minutes, which I don't even care about. But what frustrated me more is that my pizza wasn't cut all the way through and it ripped and fell apart.

If you asked me a few days ago it would have been 4.5 stars. Today, 3, I guess. The good: this is one of only a few dominos that offers seating inside. On my earlier visit they had our pizzas in a keep it hot bag under the heat lamps, and the pies were more than adequately topped with our choice in toppings. Plenty warm when they got back to the eating spot. Tonight, no bag, didn't feel like they had been given any heat support, and when I got them back to the spot, the toppings were ... lacking to be polite. Less than half the amount of the sliced beef than we got a couple nights ago, most notably. I would love the chance to edit this review to say how great everything was, because I really do enjoy dominos pizza.

WHY was my SANDWICH so darn GOOD? And the pizza!?! You guys were very generous and made it extra delicious. I ordered twice in the past few days as my kid is being treated in the hospital. She desperately needed food...ANYTHING! We were eagar to help her and get food (anything she wanted) and she wanted Pizza. This was a HUGE relief as she had no appetite for weeks. She ended up eating 4 bread twist and 1 slice of pizza! This was a MAJOR victory! And today... she wanted it again! And AGAIN it was over-the-top delicious. I think it's THIS particular store. I've been ordering from Domino's since 1995!! Yes, dominos is better than the other chains...but THIS, this was remarkable! Thank you! You helped a Mom and a recovering child! Beyond delicious!!

I had a tough time rating a 4 or 5 star, tell ya why, we had a rough top out pour, (masonry) it was cold and raining but my guys pushed through and got it done, I appreciated it and wanted to reward them with some hot food, Dominos was less than 2 minutes from the jobsite and could deliver within 45 minutes, close to lunch time. After 1 hour and 20 minutes and driving to the closed Domino's store myself we went a different route for lunch. After 2 hours and 45 minutes someone finally answered at the store and I was able to cancel my order, sorry and the explanations were exchanged, no harm but 10 minutes later a Dominos employee contacted me and said, "would you take the pizzas, free of charge? It's the least we can do for the foul up." This is why I still gave a 5 star rating, it's so rare that a company corrects their mistake, this happened 5 days ago and I am still so shocked that I felt inclined to post something, I wish I could give a shout out to the employee, don't remember the name. Thank you to the tall, slender, strawberry blonde female, at the Sandy Blvd Domino's who simply did the right thing!

This place is not clean at all. The employee (tall girl with curly orange/blond hair) was ignoring me the whole time to take my order, and then she took my order, touched cash, then didn’t wash hands and touched everything in the kitchen. She was having her phone with her the whole time and texting. She event pumped into the other employee.. that’s how distracted she was. Then with the handles that are all over her phone she grabbed the cup to get a drink and she puts her hand inside the cup to grab it.. can you believe how much germs she moved around the kitchen and transferred to customers??? Honestly Managment needs to get this in control because people can get sick like this specially in the Covid environment.
