This is the WORSE subway I have ever had. The sandwich’s are trash, the staff is awful, I got it a sandwich a few weeks ago, I decided to give it another chance and I was even more appalled the second time I bought from this store. Do NOT eat here. It’s nasty.

Worst customer service ever! The employee was very short with us and unfriendly. On top of that, the Cali Fresh Turkey did not come with bacon (even though it’s supposed to). We asked the employee to please add the bacon, and he outright lied and said the sandwich doesn’t come with bacon.
On top of everything else, the employee didn’t honor the coupon when we got to the register.
Coming from a former Subway Manager myself: Worst Subway experience ever!

I went in today with a coworker and got a sandwich and a couple cookies. When I went to eat my cookies I found a hair that was baked into the cookies and this is the message I get back from their GM

The women who was there did very well in keeping the line going as best as she can. Woukd be simple with two people instead of just her but I understand that sometimes isn't a option. Thank you for the sandwich though and I hope whoever that older women was has a good day and isn't stressed. Thank you for being a outstanding employee. The only problem was that I wanted it toasted twice, only once was it toasted. Just a preference, wasn't needed.

The mean lady: The breakfast sandwiches are excellent because of the avocado you can add. I have ordered over twenty! The UberEATS app is currently missing the avocado option. I call the store and they put it on. Until today when a very strange lady got mad and said it costs more so she wasn't going to give the full amount. I told her I would pay the extra. She was really mean and said she had to go. I waited a few minutes and called again and she said I was mean to her. I just want my sandwich.

The worst Subway sandwich I've had. I asked for it toasted and cheese. Well no cheese and frozen Chicken. The three young boys need a little more supervision and training. The only thing fresh was the tomatoes.
In the past I've had good sandwiches at this location but doubt I will ever go back.

Terrible experience and has been once before. The Sandwich was cold, and once there was a misunderstanding on how it was made instead of simply remaking the sandwich, they sent me out the door with sides of vegetables. The younger employee was nice but the woman who I assume was the manager was very rude and inhospitable. Don’t waste your time at this location

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. Clean, quiet and employee went out of his way to answer nutritional guide questions for diabetics. Plus we was the only customers in the whole store so that was even better, lol.
