Domino's Pizza

I ordered at 9 PM and received the wrong order. Kindly caught the driver and told her and she told me to call the store. I called and they said they would send the right order out. 1 hour later I called for an update and they lost my order and said they would send it out. 1 hour and 15 min later I called and they didn’t answer. I called over 20 times and they started canceling my call until 1pm close. I still haven’t received an order. District manager, and general manager will be contacted Monday

Pizza normally arrives In somewhat timely fashion the last multiple times has been problems, I order orginal crust received deep dish or it's not on time and it's cold or it's just not even the right pizza, they commonly deliver to more than one residents at a time and that winds up with cold late pizza! Not to mention who ever cuts the pizza must be drunk. I am Not ordering here again! I'd rather go to one further away and pick it up myself

*edit, I just canceled my order over the phone because they wanted us to wait an additional 30+ minutes. The "manager" (doubtful they were) was very poor in their customer service leaving us with only excuses. This place sounded over the phone like it was ran by children who don't care. * We are starting our 2nd movie now since ordering our pizza. I ordered around 6:30pm and it's now 8:13pm. The tracker says they've been "inspecting" our pizzas for quality since 7:29pm. Bet you it's cold and nasty now. I'm so upset with this experience I'm almost in tears. What a joke.

So I completed my on line order about 1130ish, website said it was being prepared so all was well. 15mins go by and I checked the status and it was canceled. So I call the number and nobody answered until I selected a different numbered option. And still wasn't given a reason why my order witch gone thru and was being made was all the sudden "canceled" before midnight witch is closing time. Ive always been extremely happy with past orders and the food itself is always great and now I don't think im going to order from you guys again. You guys are better then this and I wasn't even offered a coupon or something for next time. I really hope somebody who cares about my empty stomach will somehow make this right. A surprise delivery tomorrow night about 10pm would go a long way towards reestablishing my faith in SE Portland Oregon Domino's
