Burger King

I don’t typically write many reviews, but I think the food quality was so poor, others should be forewarned. Ordered the “BIG Fish Sandwich”, which was more than $7 JUST for the sandwich BTW! On the left what was displayed. On the right, what I received. The fish on this sandwich was hard and rubbery. The edges were too hard to bite. The small center was slightly softer, but rubbery. Completely inedible and SO disappointing. Several other items ordered along with this sandwich were lacking flavor, or missing all together. Based on today’s experience, and several others in the past at this location, I would not recommend it - actually I’d recommend against it. I don’t plan to eat from here again. :(

I asked the cashier what the burger was that was in the 2 for $12 special... He told me. We ordered the special, and the burgers we got after nothing like the pictures. Sauce was mustard only (I hate mustard!) - no tomato, no lettuce - no special. I threw mine away.... We were at the drive through and the cashier could not hear/understand us. We had to repeat our order 5 times. It was 2 meals.... All in all, not a great experience.

Not a bad spot for lunch. It's burger king. My last experience didn't go so well, like I had expected it to. They put jalapeños on my double whopper, on top of the mustard. That did not sit well with my acid reflux. I guess it's part of a new recipe? And it felt like they put too much sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich. They could loosen up a bit on that.

I have no idea where to start; except to say don't bother with drive thru or ordering from inside. Why? The management does not prepare for the rush hours so machines (credit card, pop machines, etc...) are down or they mess up the order. It takes forever to get your orders and management will scream at their employees when they should be 'clear and precise' the first time they ask them to deliver something to the parking lot etc... I know these are trying times for everyone but I am not going to a place that continues to have issues like these with no signs of improvement. If you are unable to make both sides work (drive thru or inside restaurant) choose and improve one and then both. Otherwise, your situation at this place is going to keep getting worse and worse and worse. Choose wisely ...

Unacceptable service! Lobby was just filthy. Three cashiers sanding around doing nothing. After a few minutes one of them comes by "What do you want". While placing my order my cashier is talking to other workers "i don't care, I'm taking my lunch" and back and forth. Asked her what size do meals come with the price on the menu but of course she wasn't paying attention to me so i had to repeat my self and raise my tone a bit to get her attention. We had to look for a table that wasn't with ketchup, mayo etc. We had to clean our own table so we could sit. They witnessed us doing this. Finally the order was called. Here are the same three workers still chatting. Crispy chicken sandwich was dry, fries cold and saggy. This place is near by and usually on my way to work, stores etc. Very disappointed. I know that i can get the same food for the same price els where and unfortunately we're going to take that other choice. In my opinion management failed to mange this store not the employees. It was obvious that lack of training of basic costumer service skills were not taught.
