Very delicious!
I’ve been here a few times over the last 6 years, and the food is very good, fresh, and everyone always enjoys.
Though I remember having larger parties at the venue, we had an intimate gathering to celebrate and everyone was very pleased with the service and food that came from a team duo. Thank you so much, keep up the good work and hope we can party again!

We have been going to this restaurant with its lovely people and delicious food for years. It's our go to. I think my spouse has an addiction to the moo shu pork--in fact, I am attempting to re-create this dish as a surprise birthday dinner for him. I hope I can get it right, but I might be running to Gold Garden in the near future. He also loves the beef with broccoli, and I love the shrimp lo mein. It's our comfort food.

Amazingly delicious food!
I really think this is the best in town. Everything was cooked perfectly! Vegetables were fresh, the meat was good quality, portions we're good. I was very happy with our order. I'll definitely be ordering here again and would recommend.

The Salt & Pepper Squid was shy salt and pepper. Nicely cooked, tender squid but spices and flavor was lacking.If you want fried squid though this is a good choice.
When I got it, I asked to ensure this was what I ordered and mentioned there was no salt & pepper on it. Again, it was good but lacking flavor. I won't be back for this dish though would try them again.

Always great for takeout food and very responsive to request for changes. Very prompt when I called in 3 items they assured me 10 minutes and it was ready when I got there 15 minutes later.

I was told this place was amazing to eat at. However I arrived at 11am on Saturday (today) and the doors were locked. Also I called and no one picked up. There was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed. Boo.

One of our favorite places in Portland for Dim Sum. My family lives in Salem, but every year after our "traditional" Turkey Dinner, we head to Portland on Thanksgiving weekend and enjoy Dim Sum with family. As a 3rd generation Chinese American, my kids don't eat a lot of traditional Chinese food, but at Golden Garden we treat them to yummy Siu Mai (pork dumplings,) Har Gau (steamed prawn dumplings,) Cheong fan (rice noodles,) and Char siu bao (bbg pork buns!)

Terrible food & service 😝
Tea tasted like dishwater.
Asked for hot mustard received some kind of yellow paste.
No lunch special available.
$40 for two plates. Nasty hard burnt fried rice. Mushy egg rolls.
The worst chinese food/ Vietnamese food ever.😩😬
