Boise Fry Company

I'm really sick of walking into lower cost restraunts to be greeted by graffiti, furniture that looks like an elephant read a book to a newborn on its lap (starbucks), and stank-dirty bathrooms. The worst thing about this place is I had never heard of it before arriving, and that's my fault. Poutine w/ Buffalo, Marionberry Ketchup, big glowing letters, hanging plants, indiefunk music occasionally gracing eardrums, primo location. Maybe Timbers are next door but this place will not be felled anytime soon. Cheers BFC.

Wow, the burgers here were awesome. One of the best burgers in Portland. My son ate his and asked for another. Usually he doesn't eat much at all. We tried the purple potato fries. It was a bit strange. The texture is way different than russet. It's a bit harder and not as crunchy. My son didn't like it. Next time, we'll get russet fries. I liked trying all the different sauces. 5 stars!

My wife and I ordered a large fry to split and were surprised at the large portion of perfectly cooked russet fries that were presented. We tried all of the available dipping sauces and even found ourselves mixing them for different flavors. The staff was friendly and inviting and the dining area was clean and well kept. I will be sure to try some of the other potatoes as well as their burgers next time I am in the area.

Wow. I’m practically speechless, this place is amazing. You get a choice of potato for your fries, there’s 8 different sauces (jalapeño & ranch and fry sauce are great!), and a bunch of different salts for the fries. There’s vegan options too! And the staff is awesome! Oh, and get the Yamami topping for some sweet with onions and mushrooms, add on bacon and jalapeños for a meal well worth it! From the very few low stars, for starters your kid should eat healthier meat not the processed garbage from McDonald’s, and two, it’s a fry and burger joint, have a beer or a soda (only drawback is Pepsi and not Coke) who needs wine. I’ll keep my eye out for a Boise Fry Co. anytime!! Will return!
