Probably the BEST burger I've ever had! The purple potatoes were so good and the red curly were amazing also! They have a bogo on fries and beer which was awesome! Y'all gotta hit them up for a bison burger, fries and a cold beer!
Boise Fry Co is a great place to grab a casual burger and fries, but still liven it up a little. If you are into unique food, this is it!
There are 6-8 different types of potatoes the fries are made from, and 3 different ways of cooking them! Plus 9 different dipping sauces and various seasonings, this really is a spot to try it all!
The Burgers are nothing to sneeze at either, the Bison burger is mind blowing, with lots of options to customize your toppings. They also have a regular beef burger, and a vegan burger to top it off! This is a great take on the classic American meal.
Wow. I’m practically speechless, this place is amazing. You get a choice of potato for your fries, there’s 8 different sauces (jalapeño & ranch and fry sauce are great!), and a bunch of different salts for the fries. There’s vegan options too! And the staff is awesome! Oh, and get the Yamami topping for some sweet with onions and mushrooms, add on bacon and jalapeños for a meal well worth it!
From the very few low stars, for starters your kid should eat healthier meat not the processed garbage from McDonald’s, and two, it’s a fry and burger joint, have a beer or a soda (only drawback is Pepsi and not Coke) who needs wine.
I’ll keep my eye out for a Boise Fry Co. anytime!! Will return!
I'm really sick of walking into lower cost restraunts to be greeted by graffiti, furniture that looks like an elephant read a book to a newborn on its lap (starbucks), and stank-dirty bathrooms.
The worst thing about this place is I had never heard of it before arriving, and that's my fault.
Poutine w/ Buffalo, Marionberry Ketchup, big glowing letters, hanging plants, indiefunk music occasionally gracing eardrums, primo location.
Maybe Timbers are next door but this place will not be felled anytime soon.

Great place to grab an amazing burger. I'm picky when it comes to my choice of beef. And this place has a quality selection of grass fed beef and bison. You start off with your choice of potato then style. There's a ketchup bar with some uniquely surprising flavors.

Excellent! I had the purple fries with Spicy Sauce an a buffalo burger in the the with original toppings 😎 And a bottle of Stout that was great but which I can't really remember the name of now that I try to remember:-)
Nice fries. Awesome burgers. No chicken patty. There are vegan options available. Service is fast and satisfactory. Moderately costly.
Fries selection was amazing, burger was awesome and I loved that the trays held the different types of dip.
