Great bar hiding out in downtown Portland. Was waiting to see a concert at the Paris Theater so we stopped by for a few drinks. Awesome drink specials during happy hour and a nice environment overall. Staff was nice and attentive.

A bit more upscale for it's section, the place has great ambiance. We noticed they had a full list of Fireball specialty drinks so we tried the Raspberry Cupcake mix; Really good. Nice service and atmosphere and a designated dance area in a separate section, well done!

Fun dance floor and great drinks! The music is always great for dancing and the couches are extremely comfortable! The bartenders are really nice and are fair when it comes to a crowd order drinks. They are observant for when people get in line and who gets in behind them.

Wide open semi-industrial feeling bar. There's plenty of space, as well as a DJ and dance floor. It gets too loud to have a casual conversation with someone as the crowd starts to fill up the place. Fun place for a group of people to meet up.

This use to be upscale. Went in saw girls with colorful leggings and stumptown shirts. I am sorry but bar 15 now blends with all other bars they no longer are upscale nor do they have good drinks. I remember when bar fifteen was the spot to be without a question now I feel as they can use a touch of 💰. #WeneednewbarsinPortland

It was an Ok bar. Its made up of 2 sides. The front and the back. The back is way less turnt than the front but thats where the seats are (for my ladies in heels). The front can also get really crowded. Like you can't find places to walk crowded so beware.
