7-eleven

Over the past year I’ve written complaints to 7-11 about this store. Both it’s staff and customers were sketchy AF. In the past 2 months the management has clearly changed! The store is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Activity in the store is very rarely sketchy. Kudos to the new management! I can comfortably shop at my neighborhood convenience store again.

I'm giving this 7-11 a four star rating because they do provide great service. However, it seems like many other 7-11's, they pick and choose when they want to be available to load money on prepaid cards. I have emergencies sometimes, and I have to load money and sent it to family or what not. It's inconvenient to be directed to a certain place because you were told by "cash app" that this particular store provides that service. And when you get there... they deny you. So... that's my only issue not just with this location, butany others.

Most of the time we have had good service and fairly good food, but for the last 2 pizzas they have been under cooked with the bottom still pasty and the slices limp. The cheese has been melted but I am going to be going to another 7-11 from now on.. Life is to short for Limp Pizza and I just happen to really like the plain cheese pizza from 7-11.. :( When I poked my finger into the bottom of the crust it indents and the poke just stays there,, ugh

They lock doors that are clearly marked "to remain open during business hours". I get it, you have a lot of theft. I worked at Plaid; we dealt with it. Hot food seems to get minimal rotation. Employees are generally friendly though. I come here for propane and occasionally beer; everything else I'm going to favor the Plaid Pantry up the road.
