First time visiting this restaurant, but will definitely visit again. Delicious food! Care taken with presentation even in a to-go box. You know it's going to be good eats when a local fellow wanders in and orders in fluent Japanese.

No frills but super yummy Teriyaki! They are offering To-Go right now, and I got the chicken teriyaki plate. So good! Big portion, chicken was moist and flavorful. Rice was nice and fluffy, and the veggies were perfect - not mushy, freshly steamed. The sauce was really good, not too sweet! No pic because I ate it all

There are a lot of teriyaki places and I have had some bad teriyaki. However, Happy Teriyaki is approved by me and my kids! Great flavor, not too salty, and fresh ingredients! Will be our go to Teriyaki place from now on.

I got the chicken and gyoza plate and the chicken lacked sauce and the gyoza sauce had a strange taste. Other than that it was ok

A small family run restaurant in the Eastport Shopping Center.
I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and waited behind another customer to order at the counter.
I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and waited about ten minutes for my order.
The chicken had a nice smokey taste to it and the teriyaki sauce was not too sweet.
The rice was a little dry and the vegetables were solid with no extra seasoning to them.
A good value with large size portions and solid food.
