Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

First time using online ordering and pick up. It was very easy to customize my burger and I love that you can get the toppings on the side so that you don't have wilted lettuce and tomatoes when you get home. Gluten free bun and gluten free sweet potato fries were great! A manager was the one who brought the food to my car and they were super nice! In the future I will cash tip from the car but this time I had forgotten my wallet and was paying through my phone. What sets this aside from other pick up burgers is the availability of toppers on the side, it was like having a buffet! (Yes, this is a copy from my Yelp review and I am a real person). A very full real person!

Probably the most mediocre Red Robin location I've visited, though since I like Red Robin it is a four-star rating from me. I sat at the bar area with a friend. It wasn't the cleanest, but not too bad. The server checked up on us to give us our food and drinks, but wasn't overly present, though he did come back quite a few times for refilling our bottomless garlic fries, which would be my favourite menu item. The food was filling and tasty, good prices for what you get. And the freckled lemonade is a great cocktail too.

My favorite burgers of theirs is the Banzai burger. I always order it with extra pineapple and no tomato. I have had other menu items also very good, but for some reason this one makes me happy. I love their garlic fries, however sometimes they can go a little to light on the garlic & Parmesan. This a great location on the weekend for lunch. There is plenty of parking and its easy to get seated right away. We have had excellent service at this location.

We went to this location after leaving another in OR because the wait was ridiculous! We decided to eat closer to home and we tried this location, sat at the bar, and we got served by the bartender who was pretty speedy and understood a complaint at a prior RR that never served our unlimited fries we wanted. She was courteous in getting us taken care of, food was awesome, and she was the best! Will come to this location again for sure! BTW, the location on Grand Central Station was the one they made us wait as well for our unlimited fries, so proceed with caution when going to that one!

I was a server for 10 years so I am pretty forgiving of any employee busting their butt in the hospitality field! It really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The restaurant as a whole is fantastic, The heavy set woman who is a server and hostess is EXTREMELY RUDE, she made me and my husband feel like we were 2bd class citizens, she continued her conversation for about 3 mins after she clearly saw us walk in, and it wasn't a work related conversation. I still give 5 stars because all of the other employees were great food was great! I can't let one sub par employee ruin the 5 stars everyone else earned.
