Subway

If it weren’t for the store manager, I would give this place 5 stars. However, she is consistently rude and yells at her employees in front of customers. I have been in twice now while she yells and it is very uncomfortable. There is definitely a negative atmosphere here. The quality of food is consistent with other Subway’s I have been to.

while the employee was making my sandwich the manager Teresa reached over my food and her armpit rubbed my entire sandwich because she didn't feel like walking around to get the pepperoni for her personal "pizza". I asked for a new one and she got an attitude and said that happens all the time there.. I won't be going back, they all had stains on their shirts and they put the tainted meat back in with the rest of the meat! Poor customer service and I'm concerned whether or not they even meet the health codes quite frankly

While conveniently located for those who work in the tower, it is not a quick stop for lunch. They do not handle the lunch rush well compared to other subway locations. Also staff can be very rude. I asked for deluxe meat on my sandwich, and a staff member was counting the pieces, another staff member told him not to do that many because no one needs that much food, even if it is policy. Hopefully you don't get skimpy sandwiches if you order anything extra!

"Awesome" The food is always the same. But on Jan 4, 2015 at 1:30 it was the staff that made this place. Some sports thing was going on across the street and the place was slammed. The staff...staff? There was just one woman, Shelby. It's always a pleasure to watch somebody do something well... She was a blur! All by herself, no wasted motion. You could watch the line move. She was doing it all and doing it well. The owner should check the receipts for the afternoon of Jan 4, 2015 and give that girl a BONUS!

Usually a good place to grab a bite but last couple times I was in the bread was stale, and today the server asked his other employee working if the bread he was giving me was from yesterday and she said she didn't know. They both shrugged their shoulders and gave it to me anyways. Nice staff though. Just off with their bread lately.
