CONSISTENTLY BAD SERVICE
I still tip at fast food, and I sympathize with the covid related staffing issues. This location, before they shut down for a few weeks, and a lunch crew that was great. Fast and FOCUSED.
I have been in multiple times. One individual appears stoned out of their mind and often seems to forget where they are or what they were doing for a moment. Moves at a glacial pace.
Today, no one was in the store, two workers were chatting. I walked in, they never stopped chatting, never acknowledged me. One SLOWLY moved to the hand washing station and washed her hands is if it she were giving herself a therapeutic massage WHILE CONTINUING to chat.
No eye contact, no "good afternoon", nothing. After two minutes I turned to leave and one said "we will be right with you, sir". Two minutes too late.
I won't return again, after having been a weekly regular, until its under new management.

I was just in to grab dinner after a long day and Brian and Daphne were so nice, friendly and quick. Thank you both for being so pleasant, lately it’s very hard to find. I hope to run into them next time. 😊

I don’t like to be rude...but I ordered a basic blt and I don’t know what I got instead. I don’t eat very much meat and so when I do I like to get what I order ! What is this ? Don’t mind my food being spit out. I was taken by surprise. It’s a bummer I walked two miles to get this sandwich and it was very wrong. :(

Two bad experiences, so we are done. I used the Subway feedback system to let them know that I was greeted by employees smoking in front of the store when I arrived for my last two visits. (One before COVID-19 and one after) I quote the owner's response: "Unfortunately some employees do smoke, right now during this crisis we are really just trying to keep the stores staffed." "Please understand my employees are guaranteed breaks and as an owner I can not dictate to them what they choose to do during their breaks..." I owned a sub shop in Newport, Oregon. I never let my staff smoke in front of the store. I personally like the smell of tobacco, but many customers do not. And, it just looks bad when your only employee is smoking out front while the store is unattended. Is that the phone I hear ringing? Sir, you CAN dictate what they do during their breaks. For example, you can't allow them to do anything that will disturb customers and harm your business. That is fair.

Absolutely the sorriest Subway I have ever seen. Manager is asleep at the wheel. Bathrooms were discussing and grimmie - haven't been cleaned in many many days. Sandwich prep what extremely dirty. Employee was smoking right outside the front door in full uniform. I asked if they had any fresh tuna since the container was empty... they asked the guy smoking if he was finished making the tuna. He jumps up and starts stirring a new batch. Container wad not refrigerated. Didn't wash his hands.
I had to leave. I didn't want to get sick with all the violations I experienced. Stay away and choose a different location. Seriously!
