Great deal today! $1cheeseburgers for national cheeseburger day! Much more efficient than last year, cheeseburger's took about 20 minutes on the drivethru. Last year it was a hour inside. Cheeseburgers are kid sized but fresh and tasty.

I love Burgerville. I always have...I always will. I was raised on these burgers. No, they are not gourmet...no they are not like In ‘n Out...but I don’t care...they are comforting and delicious to me. I’ve likely eaten many hundreds of double beef cheeseburgers with extra spread over the last thirty years. I’ve eaten them at nearly every location. I will eat them until I die, Burgerville goes bankrupt, or I leave the Great NW.

Ordered a "fresh" strawberry shake and got frozen berries. They might have been fresh this morning, but by the time they were put in my cup this evening they were pretty solid. Definitely not worth the money. Then the manager told me what I experienced could not have happened. This rating is for both the customer service and the specific product.

The women’s bathroom has a sharps disposal container and a changing table which is probably good for people to know. Food is great, shakes are amazing, comes out fast. The quality and their local ingredient support is worth the extra expense compared to other fast food places. There’s a little small table that’s kid size which is very cute. Nice atmosphere and the parking lot is visible from most seats if you like to keep an eye on your car.

LOVE their pepper bacon cheeseburger and their garlic shoestring fries. Wish they would have those fries year round because their regular fries aren't very good. Their sweet potato fries are fairly good too, but they're too limp. I've always appreciated that they source their ingredients locally, but I wish their prices were a bit lower.

Best Burgerville staff we have encountered. Personable, fast and accurate. Dining room layout is nicer than most. Food prep was better here than others, too. As I have said in other reviews of this chain, the quality of the food is good, but still wish they would steam the buns....would make the burgers here awesome!.
