Pros: The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Cons: LONG wait times, Printed notes on menu board that are too small to be legible, Inattentive staff Harrowing story of how I survived this location: I waited in a line that stretched to the road endlessly for 20 minutes before getting to the menu board and speaker. I waited another 15 minutes at the speaker after being told to wait a moment. I tried reminding them I was there to no avail. Finally someone realized there was a huge line and no one was placing orders so they asked if I'd been helped. It took another 10 minutes for the food to be cooked and paid for. All the while I was trying to figure out what exact information they were trying to relay to us on the board with the (seemingly) 9 font printed and taped to a board that even space zoom couldn't read. But it seems once you're almost to the window, you'll have all the answers you seek. For a wise philosopher has scrawled these words where all can find them in their time of need.

The lady at the drive thru taking orders at the menu was really short when taking our order. I was trying to order multiple things and she just kept cutting me off saying see you at the window. I had to tell her three times that I wanted to order more items. When I got to the window it was a young man servicing us. The lady was not wearing a name tag or I would also add that as well. But she looked to be a manager because she was wearing a black dress shirt. Burger King you need to get people to work for you that actually wants to make the company money. This bad customer service was on 6/28/22 at 5:30pm.
