Good coffee. Waited 15 minutes for a cold brew though, because they needed to change their keg. Got a hot drink instead of cold even after asking for ice cubes. Bartender told me that if you ask for ice cubes for a hot coffee they assume it should be lukewarm? I’d expect them to ask for clarification. Anyway, cute building, very nice staff. Go here and have a good time.

this is the best Starbucks ever!! Mic was so helpful, I had no idea what I wanted and she explained all the drinks. She was super sweet and patient. I ended up getting the shaken brown sugar espresso drink and it was SO GOOD!! the whole experience made my day !

Still pretty bummed with this location. Little late review Christmas Eve I was denied the restroom at this location. Business hours were still closed. I was a bus operator in uniform and was turned away

Scott at the 28th and Burnside location is a wonderful person. I support people with disabilities and he remembers the name of the person I support. She told me she doesn't have any friends and him remembering her makes her feel more human. He has really changed a life with his kindness.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, even a few cozy places if you want to stay for a bit. Online ordering available here too, plus merchandise and a few things to eat!

Very friendly helping staff. Service is very good and quick.
Products are all excellent. For a bonus treat I recommend the Carmel Frappacino, with extra Carmel and 3 shots of Espresso. Enjoy!

My elderly neighbor loves their vanilla lattes and carrot cake - so I drop by and get her treats every so often. I stopped going there for myself and the wife years ago after I figured how much I was dumping into their business - eeek!
