Their lemon coconut cake is the best cake I’ve ever had. But aside from that they are incredible for custom cakes. We put together a concept for a custom cake for my dads 60th birthday and what they made exceeded our wildest expectations. My dad is a farmer and went to the U of O and Piece of cake make the most amazing Oregon O out of frosting wheat plants. Words can’t do it justice so I’ll just post the picture instead.
Love Piece of Cake! I came across them via Uber Eats when we were in search of a tasty delivered dessert and OMG, I’m so happy I found them! Decadent deserts that will leave you satiated with leftovers and dreaming of the next one. The fantasy cake is divine! One small gesture that went very far for me - I had a request to add a touch of raspberry sauce to my slice and as simple as that sounds, it feels like when you order delivered food you rarely have those request honored ...not with Piece of Cake! I was attempting to send my uncle a German chocolate birthday cake while I was out of town. Marilyn from Piece of Cake Bakery saved the day! She helped me navigate the size and the most affordable way to have the yummy and beautifully decorated cake delivered to him.
She suggested that I order something from Grub Hub to be delivered to him and that she would add the birthday cake to the order. It worked seamlessly. She made sure all the details were correct and timely.
My uncle said the cake was moist, had a nice texture, and tasted really good. He had it with ice cream and enjoyed every bite.

Marilyn and her stellar staff at Piece of Cake are amazing. They made and delivered a delicious and gorgeous cake for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. That’s not all though! Marilyn walked us through the cake ordering and offered wonderful and beautiful ideas for decoration. She answered the restaurant’s questions about set up and presentation and everything was spot on when we walked though the doors. I will order again and I recommend them for any bakery needs.
Got a Black Forest birthday cake for a friend and it was utterly delicious. Top notch quality. They're pricey, but you 100% get what you pay for here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a go-to place for your most special cakes!
We LOVE this bakery and have been going to it for years. Specifically, we love the vegan and soy free options...RICE MILK FROSTING!? It's SOO good, and not too sweet at all!!
