This place consistently get the order wrong. They won't let you pull up to the menu board if there is an order taker out there even with no cars in the que. The menu the order taker has is too small to read from your car and is attached to the equipment they have. I go here maybe once a month but is purely a last choice simply because it's close and open late. Terrible terrible restaurant.

We have lived in the area for 4 years. The quality of service has gone down dramatically. For increased wages, I would think they could at least get the orders correct after having been repeated to them multiple times. It had been a year since eating here. I remember why we stopped now. We won't be coming back. Don't waste your money coming here. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALERGIES.

The manager here is a major "D"! every time I have had to approach him (the soda was out of syrup/needed a utensil to eat with/issue with mobile order, my breakfast being picked up mins after deadline{ @11:03}) he is very rude, unprofessional and has bad hygiene. not sure HOW he is still in management!! I love Taco Bell...just really hard to "stomach" this location.

I luvz me some Taco Bell, but of course I haven't been in much since the plague. I realize things are changing with the economy and everything, but sheesh! The nachos seem more starch than corn. It's like biting into hard plastic. Despite all this I still enjoyed it. I might omit the chips next time and bring my own or something.

The cordiality does not exist in this establishment, of the workers and even less of the manager. My order is all bad and incomplete. I call to complain and the manager with an arrogant tone simply tells me that if it's not what I expected, To take them back. This happened in the 12605 Division in Portland Oregon. I hope that the franchise takes the behavior of its staff seriously

The food is good enough, service is fast. But, seriously, Mexican Pizza?? I tried it and I don't get it, Crunchwrap is light-years better.

Went through the drive through. Cashier read the order back to me correctly. Got all the way home and opened the bag of food. 100% not what I ordered.
And that cashier, he might have been spun, not sure though.
